Christmas Season Begins with a Timeless Classic
Gala Ballet Productions is excited to announce the 8th performance of  The Nutcracker to take place December 10th at 8pm and December 11th at 2pm at the Imperial Theatre.

Take in this classic tale of wonder and excitement set in the beauty of a winter world.  Follow the adventures of Clara, a young girl forced to conquer her fears and in doing so, unveils the magical land of the Sugarplum Fairy, where she encounters mystical creatures and fabulous friends.

Children of all ages will be kept spellbound and will find themselves cheering with delight as over 40 local dancers of all ages grace the stage.

First Soloists with Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet, Emily Grizzell and Yosuke Mino will appear as the Sugarplum fairy and her Cavalier.  Atlantic Ballet Theatre’s own Louis-Philippe Dionne will once again thrill us with his performance of Herr Drosselmyer.
